Frequently Asked Questions

Care Instructions:

  • Please treat your hat with care
  • Your hat can handle a bit of water, but try and keep them dry
  • Your hat sits best on flat surfaces or hanging on a wall
  • Spot clean with a damp cloth
  • Steam to reshape
  • Leave out of the sun to prevent fading.

 

Custom Orders:

Please contact me by phone or email to discuss your idea. Custom hat orders cannot be canceled. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Hat Size:

Most hat sizes are created to be one size fits all. In general, this covers medium to large head sizes. Most hats will have an adjustable inner band to help with fitting and smaller head size. 

 

Refunds and Returns

I gladly accept cancellations before the item has been shipped, with the exception of custom requests that are to be determined by Marla.

I do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in brand new condition, unworn, and clean. As a small business, it is up to the customer to pay to ship the item back to me in the original box and packaging. Once I receive the item, I will offer full refund.

Any items returned due to not being able to be delivered, shipping costs will be buyers responsibility.

 

Shipping:

Orders ship within 5-7 business after purchase via Canada Postal Service.
